About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Technical Lead to join our web applications teams at EcoVadis. This role involves leading the development team in designing, implementing, and maintaining web-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take ownership over architecture qualities such as availability, resilience, and scalability of all solutions
- →Work within an agile team to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across full-stack development tools and technologies
- →Promote technical excellence within the engineering team via everyday craftsmanship
- →Mentor junior and mid-level developers through coaching, motivation, and leading by example
- →Collaborate with geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams to integrate, test, and deliver complex software solutions
- →Identify and characterize technical risk throughout SDLC and generate mitigation options
- →Help determine how best technology can be applied to meet customer needs
Requirements
- ✓Experience in leading development teams and defining architectures for new projects
- ✓Strong understanding of full-stack development tools and technologies
