About the Role
We are looking for an Architectural Designer to join our studio in Coral Gables. This role involves supporting Project Architects/Managers in the design and development of project documents for large-scale residential and hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities
- βPrepare and modify architectural deliverables as directed
- βDevelop presentation and design drawings to convey design intent
- βContribute original design ideas and solutions
- βDevelop 3D models as directed
Requirements
- βStrong 3D modeling skills (SketchUp, Rhino, and Revit)
- βProficiency in rendering software (Vray, Lumion, and 3D Studio Max)
- βProficiency with CAD/BIM drafting software (AutoCAD and Revit)
- βAdvanced knowledge of BIM or Parametric Design is an asset (Revit, Dynamo, and Grasshopper)
- βProficiency in MS Office and Adobe Create Suite
- βAbility to sketch and develop design ideas graphically
- βStrong verbal and written communication skills
- βAbility to work in a collaborative team environment
