About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Cost Lead Engineer to join our organization in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role involves leading cost management initiatives and driving financial efficiency across engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and manage cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control activities for multiple engineering projects
- →Develop comprehensive cost models and financial forecasts using advanced analytical tools
- →Analyze project variances and identify cost-saving opportunities through process optimization
- →Mentor and supervise junior cost engineers and support staff
- →Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to establish realistic budgets
- →Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets and prepare detailed cost reports
- →Implement and maintain cost management systems ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- →Conduct cost-benefit analyses for engineering proposals and capital investment decisions
- →Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- →Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and financial controls
