About the Role
We are seeking a UK & Ireland Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment strategy and operations across the region. This strategic leadership role will oversee recruitment, workforce planning, employer branding, and team development to support Egis' business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute a comprehensive UK & Ireland recruitment strategy aligned to business growth plans
- →Lead a team of experienced recruitment business partners, setting performance standards and fostering a high-performance culture
- →Oversee all recruitment operations in the UK & Ireland, ensuring consistency, compliance, and high standards of candidate experience
- →Lead employer branding efforts across UK & Ireland to position Egis as an employer of choice
- →Own recruitment reporting and analytics across UK & Ireland, producing monthly dashboards
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in talent acquisition leadership roles, preferably in a multinational organization
- ✓Strong understanding of recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and employer branding
- ✓Experience leading and developing recruitment teams
- ✓In-depth knowledge of UK and Irish employment laws and regulations
