About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Project Manager to oversee construction supervision for infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. This role requires ensuring high-quality standards and efficient project execution throughout the lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and supervise infrastructure and road construction projects from inception to completion
- →Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
- →Analyze and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- →Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure project progress
- →Prepare and review technical reports, including progress reports, change orders, and quality control documentation
- →Implement and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- →Ensure adherence to local construction standards and regulations in Saudi Arabia
- →Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and quality
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes and efficiency
Requirements
- ✓Strong experience in Saudi Codes and Ministry of Transport
- ✓Experience in managing infrastructure and road construction projects
- ✓Ability to analyze and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- ✓Excellent coordination and communication skills
- ✓Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- ✓Understanding of budget management and resource allocation
- ✓Familiarity with risk management and mitigation strategies
