About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition Office (TAO) team at ELEKS. This role focuses on identifying and engaging top technical specialists to build high-quality talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct multi-channel candidate search across professional networks, social media, job portals, and internal databases
- →Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- →Develop and support a network of high-quality candidates
- →Initiate first contact and maintain communication with candidates
- →Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team
- →Continuously expand your toolkit by mastering new sourcing techniques and platforms
- →Propose creative, data-driven ideas to boost sourcing efficiency
Requirements
- ✓Experience as a talent sourcer, researcher, recruiter, or completed recruitment courses
- ✓At least strong intermediate English
- ✓Understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process
- ✓Awareness of key roles within the IT outsourcing industry
- ✓Familiarity with technology trends and programming languages
- ✓Knowledge of sourcing methods, tools, and search techniques
- ✓Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- ✓High level of self-organization, responsibility, and creativity
