About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join e.l.f. Beauty. This role is responsible for growing net sales and building brand market share for e.l.f. Beauty brands with Walmart. The position focuses on developing sales plans, executing directly with Walmart, and optimizing distribution, shelf presence, merchandising, and retail pricing.

Key Responsibilities

→Build and maintain effective relationships with Walmart decision-makers and e.l.f. Beauty multi-functional partners
→Develop and execute annual sales plans for Walmart to deliver net sales growth, market share growth, and customer profitability
→Partner with demand planning team to ensure complete and timely forecasts
→Work with VP to manage business plans and ensure delivery to expectations
→Ensure all customer requests for information are met in a timely manner
→Collaborate with Sales team members to achieve company sales and share goals and share best practices
→Work with VP to develop and execute retail merchandising strategies
→Ensure strong visual presence in stores and on retailer.com
→Forecast monthly and provide feedback on goal delivery
→Conduct assortment and planogram analysis
→Perform sales/share reporting and analysis
→Provide general administration support such as sending samples and listing forms

Requirements

✓5+ years sales experience within the beauty industry or CPG company
✓Experience working with Walmart
✓Self-motivated, goal oriented, with a desire to deliver results
✓Fast learner and quick thinker
✓Strong planning and organizational skills
✓Deep understanding of negotiation techniques and marketing tactics
✓Ability to create and deliver presentations
✓Effective communication skills
✓Strong computer and analytical skills, specifically Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint
✓Strong relationship building skills
✓Team-oriented, responsive, with a passion to succeed
✓College or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or similar major
✓Strong attention to detail and time management skills
✓Ability to work in a team or independently
✓Demonstrates initiative and is not afraid to troubleshoot independently
