About the Role
The Solutions Engineer at Saviynt is responsible for collaborating with Account Executives and Regional VPs to sell an integrated suite of Access Governance and Identity Security solutions, combined with Artificial Intelligence. This role involves providing expert knowledge to customers through technical discovery, RFP responses, and Proof of Concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate enterprise solutions
- →Communicate solution value to business and technical audiences
- →Provide needs assessment, consultation, technical solutions, and customer support
- →Collaborate with sales and global bid team members to respond to customer inquiries
- →Assist in the curation of RFx responses with product management team
- →Communicate with sales directors and management to prioritize and manage opportunities
- →Provide solution feedback and competitive intel to product management and marketing teams
- →Coach Solutions Engineers on solution demonstration and technical presentations
- →Travel up to 60% domestically
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of five years previous Solutions Engineering experience
- ✓Demonstrable success in Identity Governance & Administration, Cloud Security, Privileged Access Management, Application GRC, and/or Identity Security solutions
- ✓Strong affinity with Artificial Intelligence, including Generative AI, LLM, Agentic AI, MCP
- ✓In-depth knowledge of common Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI)
- ✓Good knowledge of DevOps processes, configuration management, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Cloudformation
- ✓Bachelor's degree in information systems or related area, or equivalent technical certifications
- ✓Effective verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Domain expertise in Identity Governance and Administration, Application GRC, and/or Cloud Security
- ✓Strong business and technical document creation skills
- ✓Exceptional listening skills
- ✓Ability to influence others
