About the Role
We are seeking a Quality Manager to develop and implement a global supplier quality management system aligned with business strategy. This role focuses on establishing supplier qualification processes, setting quality standards for non-Asia products, and leading quality aspects during new product development with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Communicate quality issues and actions to local country leaders for Naturium products
- →Ensure distributor quality and regulatory agreements are in place
- →Establish partnerships with local Sales and Marketing leaders
- →Address marketed product quality-related incidents through effective CAPA processes
- →Coordinate with local distribution centers to build quality management systems
- →Set up quality standards and procedures for Naturium and supplier quality management
- →Train suppliers on e.l.f. requirements and verify through daily management
- →Participate in and lead quality aspects during new product development discussions
- →Develop global supplier quality management system with QMS Global Manager
- →Lead supplier qualification process to enroll suppliers meeting e.l.f. standards
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's or above degree in chemistry, biology, or related technical disciplines
- ✓6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in cosmetic industry
- ✓6+ years of experience in QA, CAPA, and plant operations
- ✓Good understanding of GMP and QA requirements
- ✓Risk analysis and management under stress
- ✓Good sense of urgency
- ✓Strong collaboration and influencing skills under remote management
- ✓Root cause analysis and problem-solving with minimum business impact
