Position Overview
As a Client Account Executive you will own the full commercial lifecycle for a portfolio of law firm clients and prospects, from new customer acquisition through long-term growth, retention, and cloud adoption. This role blends consultative enterprise sales with strategic account management, requiring strong commercial instincts, executive presence, and the ability to deliver measurable business outcomes.
You will engage senior decision-makers across finance, operations, and firm leadership, guiding them through complex buying decisions and ongoing modernization initiatives. Success in this role is defined by new logo wins, sustained account growth, high retention, and trusted advisor status with Eliteβs most strategic clients.
This is a quota-carrying role with responsibility for both new business and expansion revenue.

Responsibilities
β’ Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise customers within an assigned territory or market segment.
β’ Lead complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, including C-suite and firm leadership.
β’ Develop compelling value propositions using ROI analysis, cost modeling, and industry insights.
β’ Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity tracking in Salesforce.
β’ Own a portfolio of accounts post-close, serving as the primary commercial relationship owner.
β’ Drive expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities aligned to client goals and modernization initiatives.
β’ Build and execute account plans focused on long-term value, cloud adoption, and product utilization.
β’ Proactively manage renewals in partnership with Customer Success, ensuring retention and growth targets are met.
β’ Establish trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders.
β’ Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver tailored solutions.
β’ Advocate for client needs internally, influencing roadmap priorities and service improvements.
β’ Educate clients on best practices, new functionality, and industry trends.

Qualifications
β’ ββBachelor's Degreeβ in related field or equivalent experience.
β’ ββ3β5 yearsβ of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Strategic Sales within SaaS, Legal Tech, or Professional Services.
β’ Proven success managing enterprise or strategic accounts, with a track record of exceeding retention and growth targets.
β’ Strong understanding of cloud-based software solutions and experience leading clients through on-premises to cloud transitions.
β’ Exceptional relationship-building and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
β’ Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to translate customer goals into actionable account strategies.
β’ Highly collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally across Product, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
β’ Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
β’ Strong proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and experience managing renewals, forecasts, and pipeline in complex sales environments.
β’ Ability to travel up β25β50%β as business needs require.
