About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team at Emburse, a leader in travel and expense solutions. This role focuses on designing user interfaces and experiences for our AI-powered platform that helps organizations modernize financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Research, prototype, and design user experiences based on provided product requirements
- →Produce design mock-ups, prototypes, design assets, and documentation
- →Conceptualize and design experiences across multiple digital touchpoints
- →Participate in design feedback and critiques
- →Translate and deliver designs for engineering implementation
- →Collaborate with user researchers to measure efficacy of design solutions
- →Work with product managers and engineers to explore design alternatives
- →Present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓1-3 years of relevant work experience
- ✓High-level proficiency in visual design including layout, color, typography, and interaction
- ✓Ability to present design decisions and incorporate feedback
- ✓Proficiency with industry standard design tools for UI design and prototyping
- ✓Ability to execute work assignments using established design processes
- ✓Understanding of usability impact of design solutions
- ✓Ability to follow design guidelines and best practices
- ✓Demonstrated ability to develop user empathy
- ✓Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- ✓Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects
