About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join Emma – The Sleep Company, the world's largest D2C sleep brand. This role focuses on planning, launching, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- →Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and TV (linear & streaming/CTV).
- →Develop and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives (ROAS, CR, etc.).
- →Analyze campaign performance using platforms like GA4, attribution tools, and in-house dashboards to inform strategic decisions.
- →Collaborate with global performance and media teams to develop compelling ad creatives, messaging, and budget allocation.
- →Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to drive continuous improvement.
- →Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging trends in performance marketing.
Requirements
- ✓At least 4 years of experience in performance marketing, with hands-on ownership of budgets across paid search, social, and TV (linear or streaming/CTV).
- ✓Fluent in English. German or French is a plus.
- ✓Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Looker or similar).
- ✓Internal drive to make a difference and give everything to make it happen.
- ✓Number-driven with a very good analytical understanding.
- ✓Independent, self-reliant, and structured way of working.
- ✓Communicative, self-confident, and open to approaching others.
- ✓Constantly strive for personal development.
- ✓Previous working experience within the DACH market is ideal.
