About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our EXP Squad, building customer-facing APIs and backend systems for enterprise IoT connectivity management. This role involves shaping scalable, secure, and extensible systems that directly impact adoption and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and deliver scalable, customer-facing backend capabilities from architecture to production
- →Drive API and system design decisions with long-term scalability, security, and maintainability in mind
- →Collaborate with Product, Design, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into technical solutions
- →Improve reliability, observability, testing practices, and architectural standards
- →Contribute to mentoring and raising the engineering bar within the team
Requirements
- ✓Strong experience building scalable backend systems with TypeScript and Node.js, ideally using NestJS
- ✓Proven track record designing and evolving REST APIs in production environments
- ✓Solid experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform
- ✓Hands-on experience with data modeling and performance optimization in SQL or NoSQL databases
- ✓Demonstrated ability to own features end to end and make sound architectural trade-offs
