About Sr. BI Analyst We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to be a key driver in our Business Intelligence (BI) function. In this standalone role within our analytics unit, you will serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across departments—turning data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions and optimize performance. You’ll work closely with our BI Architect (who handles data governance and warehouse ETLs) and use tools like Tableau and PostgreSQL to create meaningful dashboards and data products. You’ll also bring the drive to explore Agentic BI and AI-driven BI self-service. This role is perfect for someone who thrives independently, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and brings a proactive, consultancy mindset to problem-solving. What You'll Do Here • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to explore use cases, uncover opportunities, and provide recommendations • Lead analysis initiatives to identify trends, gaps, and growth areas—supporting business expansion and strategic planning • Design and build optimized data models and visualizations in Tableau that empower teams to make informed decisions • Utilize the latest Tableau Cloud and Salesforce capabilities, including Tableau Next, to deliver and explore AI-powered, real-time insights • Drive initiatives to further enable BI at Emplifi through AI. • Translate business requirements into clear data solutions and ensure high-quality execution across dashboards and reports • Own project management responsibilities, including communication, timelines, and expectation-setting • Provide data consultancy and training to non-technical stakeholders, enhancing data literacy across the organization What You’ll Bring To Us • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, BI reporting, or related fields • Proven expertise in SQL and a strong understanding of relational databases • Hands-on experience building complex dashboards in Tableau (or similar BI tools) • Ability to navigate ambiguity, quickly understand business needs, and translate them into data solutions • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders • Proactive, self-driven mindset with a consultancy approach to internal partnerships • Demonstrated curiosity and experience in leveraging AI to improve efficiency and/or scale analytics. • Experience with agile methodologies • Fluency in English, and experience working in global/multicultural environments What We Offer • International, fast paced and growing environment • Multisport card • Unlimited Personal Time Off, Sick days & Community days • Maternity and Parental Benefit • Flexible environment with the possibility of home office working • Chance to work with the world’s biggest brands at the CX tech leader • Agile and open-minded culture, with high levels of trust and flexibility • Opportunity for professional growth and development • Possibility to learn new and cutting edge technologies, in an environment that encourages new ideas • Work in an international environment in our new modern offices in Karlín, with our big terrace and our own grill • There’s more as well!
