Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance solutions that deliver measurable value to clients
- →Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements to improve team efficiency, quality, and delivery outcomes
- →Mentor Technical Consultants, promote best practices, and cultivate a culture of learning and innovation
- →Understand customer requirements and help define technical solutions to achieve successful outcomes
- →Create estimates for client engagement deliverables and take personal responsibility for resolving customer problems
- →Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers, R&D teams, delivery teams, resellers, and system integrators
- →Take ownership of multiple solutions to maximize software value for Enable customers
- →Actively contribute to implementation by writing code and resolving technical and design issues during implementation and go-live
- →Partner with Functional Consulting, Project Management, and Clients to provide feedback on solution design and lead definition of technical solution architecture
- →Maintain technical competence and domain knowledge of Dynamics ERP and Flintfox products, researching new releases and updates
- →Provide solution architecture support and technical guidance to team members
- →Identify technical strengths and weaknesses of team members and work with them to grow and improve their skillsets
- →Provide training and ongoing mentoring, including supporting Technical Design Reviews and Code Reviews
- →Assess reported product gaps and raise relevant requirements to the R&D team
- →Proactively identify and address internal process gaps
- →Ensure Technical Design of software customizations meets agreed customer requirements and is thoroughly documented
- →Provide technical issue resolution for escalated Project and Support incidents and tickets
- →Lead by example through high-quality, hands-on practical development work and a professional approach
- →Undertake additional tasks, responsibilities, and ad hoc projects as requested
- →Ensure all billable work is accurately tracked and billed effectively
- →Ensure timesheets are submitted on time and accurately recorded
Requirements
- ✓Proven track record in delivering outstanding technical solutions, requirements, solution design, and customer presentation skills
- ✓Experience developing with C#, .NET, and SQL
- ✓Relevant post-secondary qualification or substantial relevant work experience
- ✓At least 5-8 years of experience in ERP software implementations
- ✓Experience in identifying and driving process improvements
- ✓Experience in coaching and developing team members, including conducting code reviews
- ✓Experience working with key customers to deliver customization requirements
- ✓Technical architecture, requirements gathering, and business analysis experience
- ✓Experience in Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing with an in-depth understanding of related business processes
- ✓BS in Computer Science or similar, or equivalent experience (8+ years) in a Software Development Role (preferred)
- ✓8+ years of experience delivering customizations for ERP platforms, with an emphasis on Finance and Operations (preferred)
- ✓5+ years of experience designing and architecting ERP customizations (preferred)
- ✓Expertise in SQL performance tuning, .NET, and C# (preferred)
