About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team at Enboarder, a world leader in agentic AI employee journey platforms. This role involves designing and developing new software applications from scratch, working across teams to build new features, and maintaining high engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and develop new software applications from scratch
- →Work with developers and other teams to build new features and tools
- →Add new product features using NodeJS
- →Write reusable microservices code
- →Own problems end-to-end, considering user experience, data models, scalability, and metrics
- →Uphold engineering standards across codebases, infrastructure, and processes
- →Test and debug code, monitor and troubleshoot production issues
- →Collaborate with product, design, and operations experts
- →Analyze and identify functional bugs and performance issues
Requirements
- ✓Experience as a generalist working on frontend, backend, and everything in between
- ✓Strong knowledge of NodeJS, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, and shell scripts
- ✓Experience with AWS cloud services, DynamoDB, and PostgreSQL
- ✓Familiarity with productivity tools like Copilot and Cursor
- ✓Strong database knowledge (NoSQL or RDBMS)
- ✓REST API development experience
- ✓Unit testing of REST API and server-side components
- ✓CI/CD pipeline experience
- ✓Server caching optimization using memcache
- ✓Authentication mechanisms like SAML SSO and MFA
- ✓Experience with system integrations using APIs or messages
- ✓Understanding of web application and backend security
- ✓Experience in agile development environment
- ✓3-5 years experience in IT/Technology industry
- ✓3+ years of NodeJS experience
- ✓3+ years of NoSQL/RDBMS experience
- ✓2+ years of Git experience
- ✓Experience with SonarQube and productivity enhancement tools
