About the Role
We are looking for an AWS Cloud Security Engineer to join our team in Singapore. This role focuses on ensuring the security of AWS cloud environments through engineering and implementation of security controls.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and implement secure AWS landing zones and multi-account architecture
- →Manage cloud security posture (CSPM) and implement continuous compliance monitoring
- →Respond to security incidents in AWS environment, focusing on engineering remediation
- →Integrate AWS security logs into SIEM and troubleshoot log pipelines
- →Implement infrastructure-as-code security using Terraform/CloudFormation
Requirements
- ✓Strong hands-on AWS cloud security engineering including IAM hardening, SCPs, GuardDuty, Security Hub, CloudTrail, Config, KMS, VPC security, S3 security controls, and multi-account governance
- ✓Experience designing and implementing secure AWS landing zones and multi-account architecture (Control Tower preferred)
- ✓Cloud security posture management (CSPM), continuous compliance monitoring, and remediation automation
- ✓Incident response in AWS environment (compromised IAM keys, misconfigurations, exposed services, zero-day response) – engineering remediation, not SOC monitoring
- ✓Infrastructure-as-Code security (Terraform/CloudFormation) and DevSecOps integration (CI/CD security controls)
- ✓Integration of AWS security logs into SIEM (preferably Elastic or similar) and log pipeline troubleshooting
- ✓Experience with container security (EKS security, image scanning, IAM roles for service accounts)
- ✓Strong understanding of networking (VPC, NACL, Security Groups, Transit Gateway) and Linux fundamentals
- ✓AWS Security certifications (AWS Security Specialty preferred)
- ✓Self-driven, able to work independently, strong stakeholder collaboration
