About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Project Manager to join our team at Encora. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions while leading technical projects and mentoring junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities

- ✓Experience managing team performance, mentoring engineers, and fostering team collaboration.
- ✓Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and projects.
- ✓Excellent communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- ✓Ability to manage project risks, dependencies, and changes in fast-paced environments.
- ✓Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning technical and business goals.
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
