About the Role
We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team in Perú. This role focuses on facilitating agile processes and promoting agile culture within multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily, Review and Retrospective.
- →Ensure correct adoption of Scrum and agile best practices.
- →Remove impediments affecting team performance.
- →Support Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization.
- →Foster effective collaboration and communication within the team.
- →Promote continuous improvement and self-organization of the team.
- →Work with stakeholders to align project expectations and objectives.
- →Support implementation of agile metrics and performance tracking.
Requirements
- ✓Solid experience as Scrum Master in technology projects.
- ✓Deep knowledge of agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban.
- ✓Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
- ✓Facilitation, leadership and conflict resolution skills.
- ✓Clear and effective communication skills.
- ✓Results-oriented and continuous improvement mindset.
- ✓Agile certifications (CSM, PSM or others) desirable.
