About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Database Developer to design, implement, and maintain robust database solutions for mission-critical business applications. This role involves advanced database development, performance tuning, and data management in a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

→Architect, design, and implement scalable Oracle database solutions to support business applications
→Develop and optimize complex PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, and triggers using advanced features
→Perform advanced SQL and PL/SQL performance tuning using tools like AWR, ASH, and ADDM
→Design and maintain logical and physical data models following normalization standards
→Develop ETL processes and data migration strategies for large data volumes
→Manage data replication and distributed database environments
→Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage assignments through Jira and Confluence
→Lead database activities across the full SDLC
→Provide Level 3 production support for critical database issues
→Utilize UNIX shell scripting for automation and operational tasks
→Evaluate and implement business and technical requirements
→Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
→Collaborate with cross-functional teams for compliance and alignment
→Ensure database solutions comply with regulatory requirements
→Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies
→Evaluate emerging Oracle technologies and recommend improvements
