About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure robust and reliable software systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Estimate testing efforts based on technical specifications and participate in early planning phases
- →Design, document, and execute functional, regression, performance, and acceptance test cases
- →Identify, document, and validate defects, measure product stability through test metrics
- →Manage and prioritize the automation backlog, collaborate with automation engineers
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related Engineering discipline
- ✓5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within complex software environments
- ✓Strong experience designing and executing manual regression, functional, and performance testing strategies
- ✓Hands-on experience managing test cases and defects using tools such as Azure DevOps
- ✓Experience working with OpenWorks/Oracle databases and managing data sets
- ✓Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and tools within Agile environments
- ✓Proficiency working across both Windows and Linux platforms
- ✓Hands-on experience using automation tools and frameworks
- ✓Experience leveraging Agentic AI or AI-powered tools to improve productivity
- ✓Strong communication skills and ability to mentor junior members
