About the Role
The Implementation Services team at Visa is responsible for delivering end-to-end client implementations for products, solutions, infrastructure, and new client onboarding. This position serves as a Visa Project Manager for implementation services provided to clients across the Asia Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and execute high-quality project management support to Visa clients and processors
- →Coordinate directly with clients to analyze card program setup requirements and implement Visa products and services
- →Confidently manage client expectations in parallel to product developments and a changing landscape
- →Build and enhance positive working relationships with key Visa client institutions, processors, and internal stakeholders
- →Communicate complex, technical concepts in a focused and well-organized manner
- →Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, risk/mitigation plans, status reports, and issues logs
- →Represent client system and operational requirements to internal Visa organizations
- →Coordinate internal Visa resources to ensure delivery on commitments
Requirements
- ✓Strong project management skills with experience in technical program management
- ✓Excellent client consultation and requirements gathering abilities
- ✓In-depth knowledge of Visa regulations, fees, features, and functionality
- ✓Strong analytical skills for problem analysis and technical document review
- ✓Ability to learn and acquire knowledge in modern technologies
- ✓Orientation towards quality enhancement and process improvement
- ✓Experience working with internal and external stakeholders
- ✓Ability to work flexible hours, including late evenings, weekends, and public holidays
