About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team at Encora. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions for a Learning Management System (LMS) focused on the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for a Learning Management System (LMS)
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and enhance front-end and back-end features
- →Ensure high code quality by participating in code reviews, testing, and following best development practices
- →Contribute to system architecture decisions and support continuous improvement of development processes
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- ✓5+ years of experience in software development
- ✓Strong experience with React.js and TypeScript for modern front-end development
- ✓Solid experience with .NET Core for back-end development
- ✓Experience working with relational and non-relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Cosmos DB
- ✓Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps
- ✓Experience with API development and integration in distributed systems
- ✓Familiarity with authentication and identity solutions such as Identity Server, PropelAuth, or similar tools
- ✓Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- ✓Proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to work effectively in dynamic environments
