Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of software solutions, ensuring compliance with policies, security standards, and corporate guidelines
- →Define architectures, technical specifications, and non-functional requirements, identifying dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies
- →Supervise the end-to-end software development lifecycle, validating deliverables, effort estimates, testing, and deployment plans
- →Provide technical leadership, training, and mentorship to the team, and present progress reports to senior management
Requirements
- ✓Over 5 years of experience in software development and technical leadership, with responsibility for budgets exceeding USD 2 million
- ✓Senior-level expertise in Java Spring Boot for both traditional and microservices architectures, with proven experience in API design and consumption
- ✓Technical experience in at least some of the following stacks: native Android with Kotlin, native iOS with Swift, Python, Automation Anywhere (RPA), Nativescript, and Spring
- ✓Solid knowledge of deployment automation and infrastructure management using Docker, Ansible, and YAML files
- ✓Ability to create and review technical design specifications aligned with secure development practices and corporate standards
- ✓Experience addressing and resolving vulnerabilities identified in ethical hacking, internal and external audits, and regulatory assessments
- ✓Knowledge and participation in CI/CD processes, automated deployments, and development environment management
- ✓Experience leading technical teams, validating deliverables, tracking progress, reviewing risks, and conducting testing
- ✓Ability to create technical and functional documentation such as DAN, installation manuals, user manuals, and implementation plans
