About the Role
We are seeking a Software Engineering Lead with extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable serverless framework technology platforms. This hands-on technical leadership role involves managing an international engineering team and developing full-stack technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead, direct, and manage the Engineering Team across strategic, tactical, and operational activities
- →Coordinate and participate in all Engineering projects throughout their lifecycle
- →Collaborate with Project Management, Data and Quality, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Customer Service teams
- →Design, develop, and maintain core technology strategy and architecture
- →Develop and enforce software development tools and standards
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of experience in software development, particularly with full-stack web applications
- ✓Solid experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node
- ✓Ability to influence stakeholders and implement change management
- ✓Effective communication skills in a startup environment
- ✓Ability to explain system architecture and component design
- ✓Bonus Skills:
- ✓Experience with Salesforce Development and Integration
- ✓Experience with Loan Management Systems or Financial System Development
