About the Role

You will work closely with the CTO to develop the technical strategy and deliver critical features for a multi-tenant property management platform. This role requires 7+ years of experience in enterprise software development and a focus on building scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities

→Design and implement the foundational application and API for a property management platform
→Lead customer discovery and advocacy, using data to inform product decisions
→Provide estimation and roadmap planning for an enterprise system
→Design database architecture and schema using PostgreSQL
→Collaborate directly with engineering teams at partners
→Design APIs for both external developers and internal operators
→Ensure financial ledger accuracy through reconciliation queries

Requirements

✓7+ years of experience shipping enterprise software at scale
✓Expert-level JavaScript/TypeScript and React experience
✓Strong understanding of database design and PostgreSQL
✓Experience with agentic development using tools like Claude Code or Cursor
✓Design-first thinking with focus on quality and user experience
✓Data-first thinking with knowledge of data stores
