About the Role
We are looking for a System Administrator to join our Group Technology and Operations (GTO) team. This role involves managing and maintaining VMware vSphere environments and supporting our global banking infrastructure across 19 countries.
Key Responsibilities
- →Install, configure and manage VMware vSphere environments
- →Work with VMware NSX/NSX-T technologies
- →Install, configure and maintain VM and VM template lifecycle
- →Handle Incidents, Service Requests/Change Requests and Root Cause Analysis
- →Work on migrations and upgrades/downgrades
- →Improve ways of working by scripting repetitive and mundane tasks
- →Learn and use automation using PowerShell/PowerCLI and Bash
Requirements
- ✓6 years of experience in system administration
- ✓Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi
- ✓Experience with Windows Server
- ✓Proficiency in PowerShell/PowerCLI and Bash scripting
- ✓Ability to work on migrations, upgrades, and downgrades
- ✓Experience with automation and scripting
