About the Role
We are looking for a Software Developer to join our team at Endava. This role involves designing, building, and releasing software products in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and libraries. Our developers collaborate with cross-functional project teams and are adaptable problem-solvers with a client-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- βDesign, estimate, and implement technical solutions for medium/high complexity applications
- βParticipate actively in all phases of the application development lifecycle
- βCollaborate with various project stakeholders to provide support for clarifying requirements, processes, architecture, and priorities
- βRecommend and promote IT industry standards, tools, and practices (DevOps, etc.) to achieve well-engineered software products
- βPropose improvements and escalate risks/issues related to development activities
- βParticipate in the review of the work done by development team members
- βLearn and apply new technologies, practices, and tools as appropriate to the project
- βParticipate in internal and external tech communities, events, etc.
- βShare experience and knowledge gained from projects
