About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Product Manager to join our startup, Endor Labs, building products at the intersection of cyber-security and software development. The ideal candidate will have experience developing B2B SaaS products with delightful user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify customer needs and market trends
- →Develop a product roadmap and specify product requirements that align with business goals
- →Leverage AI-assisted analysis across our platform to surface the most critical security risks
- →Work closely with the engineering team to prioritize and deliver product features that improve developer experience and security
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products
- →Establish clear metrics and KPIs to continuously evaluate product performance
- →Foster a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration to test and validate product ideas
- →Serve as the internal and external evangelist for your products
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- ✓3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in a startup environment
- ✓Experience in creating world-class developer-centric products
- ✓Experience in designing self-service workflows for rapid product adoption
- ✓B2B SaaS experience is a must
- ✓Passionate about exploring and pushing the boundaries of AI
- ✓Strategically minded with exceptional communication skills
- ✓Self-starter with a high bar for quality and attention to detail
