About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join our expanding Australian team. This foundational role will help establish our APAC engineering hub and work closely with global team members.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as the primary responder for high-priority production incidents during the Australian business day
- →Work with the core product team to identify recurring support patterns and develop automated fixes or feature enhancements
- →Participate in daily handovers with EMEA and US teams to ensure seamless continuity of operations
- →Help foster a collaborative culture, sharing knowledge and performing code reviews
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or high-level Product Support roles
- ✓Proficiency in AWS/GCP, Bazel, gRPC, Java/Golang/Python
- ✓A "team-first" attitude with understanding of collective health and communication
- ✓Exceptional ability to document complex issues for a global, asynchronous audience
