We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the Solution Monitoring (SOMO) team at Enpal. This role involves turning IoT data into actionable insights to maintain a healthy and connected energy fleet across Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor fleet health by analysing IoT and time series data to understand device behaviour across regions and conditions
- →Decode and classify errors such as communication failures or broken data connections, working closely with Customer Service and Engineering
- →Identify operational improvements that reduce downtime and improve device reliability
- →Build predictive insights using environmental and contextual data (for example weather or pollution) to anticipate failures
