About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Workstream Lead to join Enpal and take end-to-end responsibility for one of our most important growth workstreams, directly reporting to our CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build a scalable network of Door-to-Door agencies and sales organizations that sell Enpal energy contracts to households locally
- →Develop a scalable strategy for agency building, incentivization, training, quality control, and continuous performance optimization
- →Work closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, Legal, and C-Level to leverage all levers for massive growth
- →Be an integral part of our Growth Team and shape the scaling of a new, strategically important business area with enormous significance for Enpal's future growth
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in building and scaling sales organizations
- ✓Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities
- ✓Excellent collaboration skills across multiple departments
- ✓Deep understanding of sales processes and performance optimization
- ✓Experience in the energy sector is a plus
