About the Role
You will be responsible for the operational and conceptual development of our Sales Academy, with a particular focus on training strategy, performance improvement, and the development of top trainers. In this role, you will lead your own nationwide team of trainers and report directly to the Director of Sales Academy.
Key Responsibilities
- →Team leadership and development: You will lead a nationwide, growing team of sales trainers, foster their development, and ensure excellent execution of our learning formats – from onboarding to leadership development.
- →Implementation of strategic initiatives: You will implement the central development and enablement initiatives defined in collaboration with the Director of Sales Academy – and ensure that these have a measurable impact on our sales structures.
- →Performance-based training management: You will continuously analyze KPIs and sales performance data – including team leads – and develop a data-driven training system that also serves as an early warning system for development needs.
- →Training design and delivery: You will be responsible for the conception of effective learning formats (in-person, online, hybrid) and ensure that training and workshops are developed and conducted by your team for our sales teams – practical, inspiring, and scalable.
- →Interface with relevant departments: You will work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, and the product teams to ensure that all development measures are aligned with current business needs.
- →Quality assurance and innovation: You will take responsibility for the quality, effectiveness, and continuous development of all training measures in your area.
