About the Role
We are looking for a Partner Network Development Manager to join our team. This role focuses on building and developing our network of external craft businesses in the MSB environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take on a key role in the strategic development of our network of external craft businesses in the MSB environment
- →Manage and develop our craft partners based on defined KPIs (e.g., utilization, performance, quality)
- →Act as the central point of contact, maintaining close communication with the managing directors of our partner businesses
- →Conduct regular coordination and development discussions with our craft partners
- →Be responsible for a structured, smooth onboarding of new partners and ensure an excellent partner experience
- →Take on route and utilization planning for our drivers to ensure optimal material delivery
- →Ensure timely and demand-based material equipment of our craft partners
- →Coordinate our mobile instructors and ensure optimal support and empowerment of new craft partners
- →Serve as the interface to internal stakeholders from various departments and ensure efficient cross-departmental collaboration
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in partner network development or business development
- ✓Strong understanding of the craft and MSB environment
- ✓Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- ✓Experience with KPI management and performance tracking
- ✓Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively
