About the Role
We are looking for a Product Development Manager to lead the strategy and development of heat pump solutions for multi-family housing contexts. This role involves market analysis, product requirement definition, and cross-functional team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop product vision and strategy for heat pumps in multi-family housing contexts
- →Conduct market, customer, and competitive analyses to align product solutions with customer needs
- →Define product requirements (PRD, specifications) and prioritize the backlog
- →Take end-to-end responsibility for planning, execution, and evaluation of pilot projects
- →Collaborate closely with technical, operational, sales, installation teams, and external partners
- →Build scalable process and service blueprints based on pilot project insights
- →Develop go-to-market plans including pricing, customer journey, and sales enablement
- →Manage technical and organizational scaling in collaboration with operations and engineering
- →Continuously optimize based on data insights, field feedback, and KPIs
- →Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, supply chain, data, and legal
- →Work at the top management level with high visibility and strategic influence
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in product development, preferably in the heating or energy sector
- ✓Strong analytical skills with ability to conduct market and customer research
- ✓Experience with pilot project management and scaling processes
- ✓Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- ✓Strategic thinking with strong communication skills
- ✓Technical understanding of heat pump systems and related technologies
