We are looking for a Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on analyzing, developing, and optimizing operational processes from concept to successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze, develop, and optimize operational processes from the initial idea to successful implementation
- →Work cross-functionally with colleagues from Tech, Product, Operations, and Finance to design more efficient, transparent, and scalable workflows
- →Strategically develop our KPI landscape to ensure performance is measurable and successes are visible
- →Analyze complex datasets using tools like SQL, Python, or Power BI and derive sound recommendations for action
- →Identify bottlenecks and optimization potential and develop structured, sustainable solution approaches with the team
- →Support automation and transformation projects to make our processes smoother and more efficient in the long term
- →Ensure that internal standards and regulatory requirements are always met
