About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to join our team at Ensono, a technology adviser and managed service provider. In this pivotal leadership role, you will shape analysis approaches, facilitate strategic conversations, and provide clarity in complex project environments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead discovery, requirements definition, and strategic analysis across complex programs
- →Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to define business needs and objectives
- →Guide clients through strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with business goals
- →Provide coaching and support to other Business Analysts within the practice
- →Represent Ensono at senior-level client forums, offering strategic insights
- →Create Power BI dashboards and other analytical outputs for data-driven decisions
- →Shape AI/ML-related requirements and help stakeholders define success criteria
- →Review AI-powered outputs to ensure usability and alignment with business intent
- →Work with clients to understand their data landscapes and future aspirations
Requirements
- ✓Strong experience as a Business Analyst in complex digital, cloud, or transformation programs
- ✓Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including senior stakeholder engagement
- ✓Ability to structure problems, define requirements, and guide teams through discovery
- ✓Comfortable with relational database/data modelling concepts and basic SQL
- ✓Understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and ETL processes
- ✓Hands-on experience producing Power BI dashboards or similar visualizations
- ✓Awareness of ML/AI concepts to shape requirements and evaluate business impact
- ✓Proactive, growth-oriented mindset with ability to mentor other analysts
