About the Role

BetMGM is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to ensure the security, integrity, and compliance of enterprise systems. This role involves executing internal IAM audits, information security configuration audits, and third-party risk assessments to maintain strong security controls and support regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

→Conduct recurring user access reviews and entitlement audits across enterprise systems
→Identify excessive access, segregation-of-duties concerns, and access inconsistencies
→Support the development and maintenance of role-based access control (RBAC) models
→Review and validate access provisioning, deprovisioning, and exception workflows
→Maintain audit evidence for regulatory or internal audit reviews
→Perform internal audits of information security controls and system configurations
→Assess systems for compliance with configuration baselines and security best practices
→Execute third-party cybersecurity assessments following BetMGM's operational model
→Review vendor security questionnaires and support due-diligence processes
→Identify, document, and communicate risk findings to internal stakeholders
→Provide advisory support to business units on vendor-related security considerations
→Monitor and analyze for emerging threats or vulnerabilities
→Stay current with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies

Requirements

✓Expert knowledge of cybersecurity, technical state regulations, and risk landscape
✓Experience with IAM, RBAC, and GRC platforms
✓Familiarity with industry frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, and PCI
✓Ability to conduct audits and assessments of information security controls
✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
✓Experience with Kanban boards for monitoring and process improvement
