About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Employer Branding professional to join the Human Resources team at Entain Italia. This role focuses on enhancing the company's employer brand through social media and content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the HR team in managing the company's social profiles, maintaining a consistent and attractive image on platforms like LinkedIn, Entainme, and others
- →Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to develop content that promotes the company's employer brand, telling success stories, corporate culture, and career opportunities
- →Communicate with the UK team responsible for Employer Branding to align on projects and develop them in Italy
- →Monitor social media activity, analyzing metrics and feedback to understand the effectiveness of communication and engagement strategies
- →Assist in planning and implementing HR initiatives through social channels, such as recruitment campaigns, corporate events, and training programs
- →Interact with potential candidates and employees through social media, answering questions, providing information about company culture, projects, and values
- →Support the HR team in corporate communications on the Entainme platform
Requirements
- ✓Degree or diploma in Communication, Marketing, or similar fields
- ✓Knowledge of major social media channels and their dynamics, with particular attention to LinkedIn and other professional platforms
- ✓Excellent knowledge of English language
- ✓Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail
- ✓Creativity and ability to generate engaging and relevant content for the target audience
