About the Role
We are seeking a Platform Engineering Tech Lead to lead the design, automation, deployment, and maintenance of scalable infrastructure systems. This role focuses on building and maintaining core infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and an Internal Developer Platform (IDP) to enable self-service capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, build, and evolve an Internal Developer Platform (IDP) for self-service capabilities
- →Design, implement, and maintain automated infrastructure using Shell scripting, Python/Java, and Ansible
- →Manage Kubernetes clusters and deploy containerized applications at scale
- →Build and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, building, and deployment
- →Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack/Datadog
- →Ensure infrastructure security best practices and maintain clear documentation
- →Collaborate with developers to improve onboarding, service templates, and workflows within the IDP
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Shell scripting, Python, Java, and Ansible
- ✓Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration
- ✓Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitLab
- ✓Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack/Datadog
- ✓Understanding of infrastructure security best practices
- ✓Experience with developer experience optimization and internal developer platforms
