About the Role
We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect to provide technical direction and mentorship to our ServiceNow development team. This role focuses on ensuring best practices in ServiceNow development and architecture, with a focus on HRSD, ITSM, and future ITOM capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the design and implementation of integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, IntegrationHub, and custom APIs
- →Design and architecture of HRSD applications including HR case management, Enterprise On-boarding, and HR integrations
- →Design and develop OOTB and custom applications on the ServiceNow platform
- →Work closely with user experience and platform teams to enhance HRSD Employee portal and mobile application
- →Develop and maintain processes on the ServiceNow platform
- →Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical architecture
- →Test new and existing functionality
- →Document new and existing processes
- →Train end users
Requirements
- ✓Experience with ServiceNow Platform Development & Administration
- ✓Knowledge of Service Portal setup, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- ✓Familiarity with jQuery, AJAX, and angular.js
- ✓Understanding of integration technologies like REST, SOAP, MID Servers
- ✓Experience with applications like JIRA, Slack, and Azure
- ✓Future readiness for ITOM modules and emerging technologies
- ✓Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders
