About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager – Regulatory to join our UK&I Programme Team. This role will provide essential support to the Head of Projects & Regulatory in delivering a portfolio of regulatory projects across the UK&I division.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead large-scale, complex change initiatives across our UK&I digital business
- →Oversee all elements of the project life cycle, from defining scope and developing plans to executing change
- →Ensure consistent control, coordination, decision making and effective implementation of all projects
- →Work closely with department heads, key business stakeholders and the Central PMO function
- →Ensure effective implementation of all projects by working with Gibraltar Operations and Customer Operations teams
- →Develop comprehensive business cases for change, identifying risk, benefit, cost and timescale analysis
- →Proactive escalation of any deviations, changes, or emerging risks through the project governance framework
- →Foster a positive, collaborative atmosphere where team members feel motivated and engaged
- →Build and maintain strong working relationships between teams
- →Deputise for the Head of Projects & Regulatory as needed
- →Provide guidance and work closely with 1 direct report
Requirements
- ✓Proven track record of managing large complex regulatory projects
- ✓Skilled in project management, business analysis and associated disciplines
- ✓Strong communication and influencing skills
- ✓Proven team leadership experience
- ✓Track record of nurturing and developing talent
- ✓Ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders
- ✓Ability to understand and establish business requirements
- ✓Strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills

- ✓Ability to develop cross-functional and cross-border relationships effectively
- ✓Create contingencies in the face of projects not running to plan
