About the Role
We are seeking a VIP Account Manager to build personal relationships with selected customers who have passed sustainability and responsible gaming risk criteria. This role serves as the main point of contact between the company and customers, handling issue resolution, bonus management, and hospitality services.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build proactive and personalized relationships with allocated players
- →Ensure regulatory requests can be completed when required
- →Participate in strategic account management team goals to drive growth and revenue
- →Conduct responsible gambling and AML interactions with customers
- →Identify potential new account customers through business analysis and reporting
- →Handle and resolve customer issues and disputes
- →Work as part of the account management team to influence player activity
- →Ensure clear communications within the team and with stakeholders
- →Coordinate with hospitality team for event organization and customer experience
- →Provide accurate performance, Responsible Gambling, and growth reporting
- →Adhere to the Code of Conduct in all customer interactions
Requirements
- ✓Experience in account management or customer relationship roles
- ✓Strong understanding of responsible gaming and AML regulations
- ✓Excellent communication skills across multiple channels
- ✓Ability to analyze business data and identify opportunities
- ✓Experience with dispute resolution and customer service
