About the Role
Epic Games is seeking a Lead Community Manager to inspire and grow our developer community for Unreal Engine, Fortnite creators, and Fab. This role involves managing community platforms and fostering a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- βInitiate positive and supportive conversations with the community around content, information, and other opportunities
- βManage Epic Developer Community Forums, Discord Channels, Twitch, and YouTube
- βCreate and grow self-sustaining community programs
- βWrite and analyze community sentiment reports
- βCollaborate with other teams to share community analytics and feedback
- βOrganize weekly livestreams and other events
- βEnsure the community is healthy and active by making platforms welcoming and engaging
Requirements
- β8+ years of experience in Community Management or related fields
- βExtensive experience with software development communities and game engine development
- βPassion for gaming, UGC, and the developer community
- βExcellent written and verbal communication skills
- βPrevious experience developing games or real-time experiences using Unreal Engine or UEFN
