About the Role
We are looking for an experienced QA Manager for our Online team at Epic Games. In this role, you will be a leader in developing a quality strategy and guiding quality for our Distribution team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead, manage, and mentor a diverse QA organization within the Distro team
- →Own the Distro Quality Strategy and quality signals
- →Drive prioritization and execution in a dynamic operating model
- →Guide release readiness and provide cross-pod oversight
- →Communicate clearly and effectively across teams and stakeholders
- →Remain technically capable and hands-on when required
Requirements
- ✓Proven senior experience leading QA teams with mixed skill sets and seniority
- ✓Strong understanding of testing and releasing both backend services and distributable applications
- ✓Exceptional prioritization and operational judgment
- ✓Experience supporting release management activities
- ✓Solid technical foundation in modern QA practices
- ✓Strong communication skills
- ✓Expert-level use of quality metrics and KPIs
