About the Role
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Senior Engine Programmer to join Epic Games. This role focuses on owning the stability, speed, and reliability of mission-critical automated build and integration systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work within in-house build orchestration to monitor system health and implement systematic troubleshooting
- →Implement and manage quality gates, including static code analysis and data validation tools
- →Provide timely incident communication and technical documentation while driving cross-team collaboration
- →Proactively identify error patterns and bottlenecks in the build process
- →Design, implement, and maintain tools to enhance build workflows and system diagnostics
Requirements
- ✓Excellent C++ skills
- ✓Strong background in large-scale software development environments and system diagnostics
- ✓Capability in debugging complex build failures and performing root cause analysis
- ✓Deep familiarity with modern source control systems (Perforce and/or Git)
- ✓High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
- ✓Excellent cross-team collaboration and incident communication skills
- ✓Experience working with AAA game engines and game engine systems
