About the Role
Equip is seeking an Account Executive to drive patient acquisition by building strategic relationships with healthcare and community organizations across a multi-state territory. This fully remote role requires an entrepreneurial and self-driven approach to connect people with treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create strategies for maximizing brand reach and provider relationships within a territory
- →Cultivate new relationships and nurture existing ones through various engagement methods
- →Deliver on patient acquisition and admissions goals in collaboration with various departments
- →Manage data, outreach efforts, and reports in a CRM system
- →Plan and execute regional events that drive engagement with target audiences
- →Understand territory needs and position Equip as a solution for providers
- →Identify inactive providers and create actionable plans to re-engage them
- →Collaborate with Referral Coordinators and Admissions team to create a stellar referral process
- →Work with marketing, clinical operations, and payor partnership teams to penetrate new markets
- →Identify local sponsorship opportunities and represent Equip at conferences
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or higher
- ✓2+ years experience in sales or business development, preferably in healthcare
- ✓Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building expertise
- ✓Must reside in Illinois or Wisconsin, with preference for Greater Chicago area
- ✓Effective communication and influence at all organizational levels
- ✓Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Proven track record of meeting goals
- ✓Comfortable with remote work, high autonomy, and self-motivation
- ✓Critical thinking for navigating challenges and rapid change
