About the Role
The Translator will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of services between clients and intake workers. This role works under the supervision of the Program Manager and as part of the operational team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Understands idioms and program terms between languages as well as interprets dialogue of speakers
- →Provides accurate translation during appointments
- →Assists with all written and oral correspondence for the company
- →Submits translations to management for review as required
- →Upholds protection and confidentiality of participants’ rights
