About the Role
The Financial Analyst position on our corporate development team in Accounting and Finance is responsible for monitoring and coordinating activities associated with our international distribution network. This role involves measuring performance against plans, producing and presenting informational reporting, and supporting acquisition and divestiture transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor and analyze the performance of current investments, preparing regular reports on financial health and identifying areas for improvement or divestment
- →Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for department and corporate management
- →Assist in conducting due diligence for potential acquisitions and investments, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- →Coordinate activities related to drafting contract language, renewing agreements, and monitoring business obligations
- →Conduct insightful, fact-based analysis to solve complex business problems
- →Maintain and update systems used to track acquisition activity
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of prior experience or relevant experience
- ✓Experience with budgeting and planning methodologies and tools
- ✓Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including XLOOKUPS and pivot tables
- ✓High level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- ✓Familiarity with accounting financial statements
- ✓Ability to work independently
- ✓Analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
