About the Role
We are looking for a Partner Manager to build and strengthen relationships with business partners and systems integrators to promote Esri’s technology. This role focuses on increasing revenue, driving Esri’s presence in various industries, and identifying key partner solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support partner relationships by building productive working relationships and serving as a day-to-day point of contact
- →Contribute to pipeline and revenue growth by supporting partner-influenced opportunities through co-sell activities
- →Execute go-to-market activities by assisting in defined GTM and co-sell motions
- →Apply foundational solution selling by identifying customer needs and articulating the value of Esri’s products
- →Operate with discipline and professionalism by using established methodologies and tools
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in enterprise sales, partner management, or related field
- ✓Foundational understanding of solution selling and value-based sales approaches
- ✓Experience supporting pipeline management activities using CRM tools
- ✓Familiarity with co-sell or reseller sales motions
- ✓Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- ✓Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- ✓Analytical mindset with exposure to market or competitive analysis
- ✓Technical familiarity with enterprise software platforms
- ✓Familiarity with Esri technology
- ✓Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25–50%
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in GIS, business administration, or related field
